Your Transition Timeline
We have designed this transition to be as smooth as possible. Here is what to expect and when.
New Platform Preview Available
Your new GTS Fleet platform is live and ready for you to explore. Log in, review the interface, and familiarize yourself with the new features at your own pace.
Account Migration Begins
Your account data will be migrated automatically. Your login credentials, alert settings, and configurations will be transferred to the new platform.
Dual Access Period
During this window you will have access to both platforms simultaneously. Continue using the legacy system while you get comfortable with the new one. There is no rush.
Recommended Completion Date
We recommend finishing your setup on the new platform by this date. This gives you two weeks of buffer before the legacy system is retired.
Legacy Platform Shutdown
The legacy platform will be permanently decommissioned. All fleet tracking and management will take place on the new GTS Fleet platform going forward.

We want to make sure you have clear answers to the most important questions about this transition.
Your Devices Already Work
All of your currently installed GPS tracking devices have been tested and approved for the new platform. There is no new hardware to purchase, no reinstallation required, and no truck downtime. Your devices will continue reporting seamlessly once your account is migrated.
Your Login Credentials Transfer
Your username, and account settings will be migrated automatically. You do not need to create a new account. Simply use your existing username to log in to the new platform and create a password.
Your Data Comes With You
Your historical vehicle data, alert configurations, geofence zones, and report subscriptions will be transferred to the new platform. You will not lose any of the data or settings you rely on to manage your fleet.
No Price Increase
The base price for your GTS Fleet GPS tracking service stays exactly the same. You are getting a significantly more powerful platform at no additional cost. Optional add-on services are available if you choose to expand your capabilities, but they are never required.
Keep Your Current Billing Option
Quarterly and Semi-Annual billing options are being discontinued, and Annual billing will be made available only to Municipal and Government entities. However, you may keep your current billing option for as long as you like.
New Add-On Services Available
Your new platform opens the door to powerful add-on services that integrate directly with your fleet tracking. These are entirely optional and ready when you are.
